Sían Leigheas

Sían is a 25-year-old huntress from Carnstone, the capital of, Eirren known formerly as Cairncathair before the Church's rise. She lives a solitary life after losing her family, entirely focused on survival and hunting beasts as a skilled venator, wielding a battle axe or a double-edged saber named Tomyris. Her hardened existence is upended as she forms unexpected relationships, finding herself drawn into a web of magic and rebellion.
 
Gifted with two tallanna, shadow-shifting ("dimming") and rare elemental fire magic ("sparking"), she grapples with the discovery of the sinister truth behind the Blood Plague and the corruption of the Sanguine Church. Determined and fierce, Sían must harness her power and vulnerability to lead a resistance that could either liberate or consume her world.
